How About Breakfast in Sans Rival Bistro in Dumaguete City?

Dinner in Bacolod City and breakfast in Dumaguete City, that's 215 kilometers of mountain roads and a few landslides due to heavy rains a night before. It was about 5 hours of travel for us to cross the provinces of Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental. We left Bacolod City at 2 in the morning and reached Dumaguete around 7 A.M.
In Dumaguete City, we went straight to Rizal Boulevard to look for a place to have breakfast. Sans Rival Bistro was the first thing that comes to mind for me. Aside from the famous silvanas and sans rival, I know that their bistro is open for breakfast.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the for me, as it defines the day ahead of me. Sans Rival Bistro has Bistro Breakfast served daily from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.. We had Tapsilog Breakfast (Tapa, garlic rice, eggs and atchara served with a choice of juice or brewed coffee) for Php 215.00 and Filipino Breakfast ( Mama had Boneless Bangus, Papa had Native Longanisa, garlic rice, 2 farm eggs and a choice of juice or brewed coffee) for Php 210.00.

After breakfast we waited until 8:30 A.M. for Sans Rival Shop to open to buy silvanas and sans rival. Dumaguete is our gateway to the island-province of Siquijor.
