Finally I get to visit Siquijor after our first try two years ago. Siquijor,
Siquijor is the picture of Siquijor I have in mind, that century old church
with a marker in front that says, WELCOME TO SIQUIJOR.
We had a quick stop in the
iconic Siquijor image, every time I searched about Siquijor. The century old
church of St. Francis of Assisi. It was built in 1795 with stone and has the usual crucible form of the old Spanish churches.
It was a quick stop for us, we take a look inside the church but we decided not to enter as children were having "Flores de Mayo."
It was difficult to drive in front of the church that time, as roads were being constructed. It feels good that finally I was blessed to see and experience Siquijor, Siquijor.
