Foodie Finds: Joed's Lutong Hapon

HUNGRY! Arrived in my sister's apartment in the Queen City of the South past 12:00 noon, and the first thing I asked her, where can we eat. She suggested Joed's Lutong Hapon at Don Jose Avila St., Capitol Site, Cebu City.

Joed's Lutong Hapon is a Japanese Restaurant tucked in a corner near Sacred Heart School Entrance. But with further research on this new food hub in Cebu, I learned that it has been an institution in affordable Japanese food in Cebu City.
