Arrived in Cebu City past 12 N.N., and since Cebu City is just a stop over for our family's Western Visayas trip, we chose to stay in a budget friendly place. My sister booked us at Shamrock Pension House.

Located at Honoria Paras Building, Fuente Osmena, Cebu City. At the ground floor is Cafe, where we had our lunch after we checked-in.

I would say it is reasonable, considering it's accessibility and a Deluxe Room that can accommodate 3-6 persons for Php 1,300.00. The room has; Air Condition, two single beds, T.V. and Toilet & Bath.

The building is quite old, so don't expect too much, just expect for the basics that the pension house can offer.
