Browie's Grilled Pork Ribs

While doing our usual weekend grocery, while were at the meat section, Browie saw a good piece of pork ribs. And asked me to buy because he will make pork ribs and try using the new grill Mama had custom made using old steel bars.

Browie's recipe is a simple whatever is available marinade. But what made it so special is the thought that our little Bro had the same love for cooking and food. Aside from the fact that he literally grow up in the kitchen, yup Browie crib was set up in the kitchen because we were at most of our time in the kitchen back then.

He did not even used and exact measurement in his marinade, except that he had it by his preferred taste.

Marinade:

• ketchup
• kalamansi
• brown sugar
• salt
• pepper
• honey
• mustard
• soy sauce

He asked Ate Nene to simmer his pork ribs in its marinade before grilling. And viola! we had a yummy dinner courtesy of Browie.
