Thankful and blessed in 2014. And as I start my 2015, I pray for abundance in all aspect of my life. That it will be a year of becoming a blessing to others. In the first day of the year, I start it off by being in front of my stove, yes cooking, cooked Sardines Pasta and Oreo Nutella Cheesecake for our New Year's day lunch with family. It is also the day we are remembering our Mama Be's birth day. Mama Be's real name is Aurora, the name behind Aurora's Kitchen, she introduced us to the kitchen early on. January 1 is officially her day, it is a celebration of her life.
