After our Ranyag outreach in Purok 14-A, Mama treated us to a tilapia fishing and tilapia boodle fight lunch at VEFAR. Villa Edna Farm or VEFAR is a Tilapia Farm located in Sitio Tucalabong, Brgy. Crossing Rubber, Tupi, South Cotabato.
Our VEFAR experience is both fun and educational. We come without prior reservation but the owner, Hermie Claudio, welcomed us and toured us around their tilapia farm.
The best part is the boodle fight tilapia lunch, they cooked us rice and provided us with charcoal for grilling. The owner is so accommodating and friendly that we felt "hiya" knowing that our visit is unexpected.
