Keeping the fire of my passion for food burning. This summer I took a 1-day workshop on Cheesecakes.

I did it to learn the techniques of making cheesecakes. For a day we were able to make 5 cheesecakes selection, baked and chilled; Chocolate Marbled Cheesecake, New York Style, Japanese Cheesecake and Mango Overload Cheesecake.
Hands on workshops were done in groups of three, the whole class has 9 students only. I meet wonderful people during the workshop who were just as passionate as I am with food.
