When everyone is hooked to there television waiting for Pacquiao vs. Bradley bout, I looked up old photographs, when I am still working with Sarangani Province.
I can still remember the smiles that I get from my fellow evaluators during the Ulirang Barangay Evaluation, "Are we seeing Manny Pacquiao in their barangay council?"

And Now..... Kagawad Bisaya is getting all the media mileage being the look alike of Congressman Manny Pacquiao.LOL From ABS-CBN, GMA and more he is becoming a celebrity.
